Authorship Letter
AUTHORSHIP LETTER: (Title Page)
The authorship Letter/Title Page should include the following material/data.
Title: The title should be concise, informative, and suitable for information retrieval systems. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
Running Title: Include a short running title on the title page, summarizing the full title in a few words.
Author Names and Affiliations:
- Clearly indicate each author's full name, with given name(s) and family name(s).
- List each author's affiliation below their name, and where the work was carried out. Use a superscript letter to indicate the correct affiliation.
- Include the full postal address and email for each author.
Corresponding Author:
- Identify the corresponding author who will manage all communication during the submission, review, and publication stages.
- Ensure the corresponding author’s email is institutional and includes their name.
- The contact details, including the phone number, should be kept up to date.
Note: The title page must be submitted as a separate file and should not be included within the manuscript.
