Public Knowledge Project (PKP)
The Public Knowledge Project (PKP) Preservation Network (PN) offers preservation services for the Journal of Modern Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (JMHRS) and other Open Journal Systems (OJS) journals that meet specific criteria:
The PKP PN provides preservation for any OJS journal that has an ISSN, has published at least one article, and is currently running OJS 3.1.1.0 or later.
Journal managers of JMHRS can register the journal for inclusion in the PKP PN by enabling the dedicated plugin in their OJS instance and accepting the terms of the Preservation Agreement. The registration process automatically verifies if JMHRS fulfills the minimum inclusion requirements.
This network preserves the original journal content produced by OJS’s standard export tools, ensuring long-term accessibility. Additionally, the system automatically harvests new content from registered journals, minimizing manual intervention at PN member sites and streamlining the preservation process.
