Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Policy

At the Journal of Modern Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (JMHRS), we adhere to ethical publishing practices. Upon submission of a manuscript, the copyright is transferred to the journal. We kindly request authors to uphold the principles of academic integrity by refraining from simultaneous submission to multiple journals.

If authors wish to withdraw their manuscript during the processing stage, they must send an email to the editor clearly expressing their intention to withdraw. To complete the withdrawal process, a scanned copy of a formal letter must be submitted to the editorial office. Please note that electronic signatures will not be accepted. Once the withdrawal process is complete, the editorial office will issue a final letter confirming the withdrawal of the manuscript.

It is important to note that without a formal letter of withdrawal, the manuscript will not be considered officially withdrawn, and using the same manuscript elsewhere will be regarded as a breach of ethical conduct.

At JMHRS, we prioritize ethical publishing practices and value your cooperation in maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity.
